GSC Anti Slavery Policy 

Protecting Your Business from Evolving Cyber Threats

1. Policy Statement

  • Global Security Consultancy Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our business operations and supply chains.

  • We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and strive to ensure transparency, fairness, and respect for human rights across all areas of our business.
     

2. Scope

  • This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Global Security Consultancy Limited in any capacity, including employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and business partners.
     

3. Our Business and Supply Chains

  • Global Security Consultancy Limited provides cybersecurity consulting services.

  • While we consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct business operations to be low, we remain vigilant and committed to ensuring that our business and our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
     

4. Responsibilities

  • Senior management is responsible for ensuring this policy complies with legal obligations and that it is implemented effectively.

  • Managers at all levels are responsible for ensuring that their teams understand and comply with this policy.
     

5. Due Diligence

  • We conduct risk-based due diligence on suppliers and partners where appropriate, including:

  • Assessing potential risk areas in our supply chains.

  • Reviewing suppliers' policies and practices on ethical labour.

  • Including contractual provisions requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
     

6. Training and Awareness

  • We provide training and guidance for relevant staff to help them understand the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report concerns.
     

7. Reporting Concerns

  • Employees or other parties are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical conduct through our internal reporting channels.

  • All reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.
     

8. Breaches of this Policy

  • Any employee who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.

  • We may terminate our relationship with individuals or organisations found to be in breach of this policy.
     

9. Review and Updates

  • This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and best practices.
